India Boxing Update: IBA Double-Header May 7 in Mumbai

A historic night in Indian boxing is about to unfold on Friday, May 7.

For the first time, India will host an IBA Intercontinental Title battle, as well as an IBA Asia rumble in the historic great City of Mumbai.

Warrior-heart Vimal Punera, 26, will get his shot at the IBA Flyweight Asia crown against Hans Raj, while Dev Das sensation fighter Nutlai Lalbiakkima of Aizawl looks forward to thrill fans in his fight for the IBA Intercontinental 105-pound strap.



Also set to see action are promising Indian fighters lightweight Interjeet Singh (4-0, 1 KO) of Chandigarh, tough 30-year-old super welter Kamal Kant Choudhary (3-0, 0 KO’s) and more.

The exciting evening of boxing will air live from awesome Mumbai on FITE TV.

All Covid-19 safety precautions are strictly being followed.
