Joselito Velázquez is on a fast track to a world championship and is ready to improve after nine months away from the ring. Joselito kept his undefeated record.

Velazquez beat Brandon Gallardo by unanimous decision over 10 rounds, he felt a bit rusty due to the high altitude in Mexico City, but he dominated the fight and now is ready to take on the very best in his division in 2021.

"I felt good but I've been out of the ring for nine months, but it was a good fight and now I am ready to take on the very best, I am on my way to become a world champion," said Velazquez

Joselito is trained by the legendary trainer Freddie Roach and managed by two time manager of the year Frank Espinoza.

"We have big plans for Joselito who did very well in his last fight, we would take on the very best in 2021, we have no doubt that Velazquez will be world champ," concluded Espinoza.
