After a 6 years in retirement, Argentina’s former 2-division world champion Sergio “Maravilla” Martínez (52-3-2, 29 KO’s) successfully came back to fight action stopping younger Spaniard middleweight José Miguel Fandiño in a tough 7th round KO in the televised main event last Firday in El Malecón de Torrelavega, España. 🔥🔥
With a fast ‘n furious combination, the elder, but more skilled “Maravilla” (which means “Wonder”), rocked down his opponent José Miguel in the sixth stanza, repeating the lethal dose to end matters in the following round. 😬😬
The former middleweight champion’s weight for this return combat was 161½ pounds. 👍
The battle was watched live in Latin America were the now 45-year-old “Maravilla” Martínez remains very popular. ✅
— Felicitaciones al gran Sergio “Maravilla” Martínez.!! 👍👍
