Champion: GM Rogelio "Joey" Antonio Jr. (equavallent of 42 points)
second place: NM Gerardo "Gerry" Cabellon (equavallent of 31 points)
third place: NM Julius Sinangote (equivalent to 30 points)
fourth place: NM Homer Cunanan (equivalent to 28 points)

Manila---Grandmaster (GM) Rogelio "Joey" Antonio Jr. pocketed the top honors in the Arena Grandmaster (AGM) Angelito Camer online chess tournament at the lichess.org on Tuesday, July 28, 2020.

The 58-year-old Antonio, a 13-time national champion, finished undefeated in 13 games with twelve wins and one draw to Arena Grandmaster (AGM) and National Master (NM) Marlon Bernardino in the sixth round equivalent to 42 points for a win rate of 92 percent and performance rating of 2632 to top the one-day event that drew a total of 54 participants.

"Thank God for another chess title," said Antonio, who also won the dry run tournament of Philippine E-9 chess club on Monday, July 27, 2020.

National Master (NM) Gerardo "Gerry" Cabellon settled for runner-up honor with 9.5 points in 12 games on account of nine wins, two draws and one loss to Lexie Hernandez in the fifth round equivalent to 31 points for a win rate of 75 percent and performance rating of 2495.

National Master (NM) Julius Sinangote wound up third with 10 points in 15 games on 9 wins, 2 draws and 4 loses equivalent to 30 points for a win rate of 60 percent and performance rating of 2302.

National Master (NM) Homer Cunanan came in fourth overall with 10.5 points in 13 games on 10 wins, 1 draw and 2 loses equivalent to 28 points for a win rate of 77 percent performance rating of 2500. -Marlon Bernardino-
