The Iceman Carcosia Arrives in Australia Ahead of March 7 IBO Clash

Undefeated hard-hitting Sanman boxer Presco "The Iceman" Carcosla (8-0-1, 7 KO's) of Gensan has arrived in Melbourne, Australia, ahead of his important title battle against undefeated local 126-pounder Jai Alexander (11-0, 6 KO's) for the vacant IBO Asia Pacific Featherweight belt.

The crucial war will unfold this coming Saturday March 7th at the MSAC Stadium Albert Park Melbourne in a production of Kings of Kombat, Peter Maniatis Events and Ultratune.

Carcosia is assisted in Melbourne by JC Manangquil and Gary Connoly.

RAFOL VS CLARK IN THE CO-FEATURE

In the show's co-feature, Pinoy Rodynie "Dondon" Rafol (14-7-2, 7 KO's ) of Mindoro Occidental, Philippines, will collide against unbeaten Australian "Superman" Kayne Clark (9-0, 6 KO's) for the vacant IBO Asia Pacific lightweight belt.

According to co-promoter Maniatis, the 32-year-old Rafol does not show his true ability on his record. "His losses where to Greek-Australian warriors Michael Katsidis and George Kambosos on points. Now, Rafol trains with coach Todd Makelin."

"The winners of these two IBO Asia-Pacific clashes may go on to qualify for for IBO World titles fights. In attendance paying close attention to the action will IBO Asia Pacific Vice President Justin Kennedy," revealed Maniatis.

Boxing fans in Melbourne can't wait for the exciting fighting action pitting Australian fighters vs Filipino warriors this Saturday, March 7, at the MSAC Stadium Albert Park, City of Melbourne, Australia.

The first fight starts at 6:30 pm.
