
Racasa, Buto lead elite cast in Open Kitchen Kiddies Rapid Chess

The country's youngest Woman Fide Master Antonelle Berthe "Tonelle" Racasa and Asean Master Al-Basher "Basty" Buto take time out from their busy schedule as they head a talent-laden cast of woodpushers playing in the Open Kitchen Kiddies 14 Years old and below Rapid Chess Championship to be held on June 1, 2019, Saturday at the Open Kitchen, Rockwell Business Center-Sheridan, Highwayhills in Mandaluyong City.
Racasa, an incoming grade six pupil of Home School Global and playing under the watchful eye of his father/coach Roberto Racasa, an International Memory Champion and Past President of Rotary Club of Pasig, engineer Rogelio Lim of Boni Tower and Buto, a grade 4 pupil of Faith Christian School in Cainta, Rizal, both eye to win the P5,000 top purse plus a trophy and a medal, hosted by Open Kitchen Rockwell Business Center-Sheridan branch led by Ms. China Aurelio, Mr. John Gomez and Ms. Emerita "Mimi" Casas in close cooperation with Mr. Jeffrey Dimalanta and Mr. Arturo Turbanada.
The cast includes Bethel Academy School of General Trias City, Cavite leading young players with Jirah Floravie Cutiyog (grade 4), Carlyn Maneja (grade 6), Geraldine Mae Camarines (grade 7) and Jireh Dan Jaime Cutiyog (grade 9), playing under the banner of Bethel Academy School Administrator Pastor Ted M. Ribo, PH coach Ederwin Estavillo and Mariners transport.
Also seeing action are Roville Viatrice G. Ceron, Romer G. Ceron, Mary Jeanne DJ. Dela Cruz, Rissa Mae R. Consulta, Quenn Angelus R. Dacallos, Antonio Orajay and Austin Klhoe.
