WBC world heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder of the United States stepped the scales at 212.5 lbs, his lightest weight since scaling 207 lbs in his pro debut in 2009, while his challenger and former unified world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury of the United Kingdom came in at 256.5 lbs, 44 lbs heavier the Wilder, during the official weighin Friday (Saturday in Manila) for their world title fight Saturday night (Sunday morning in Manila) at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
