CHICAGO -- Dwight Howard showed the might that made him a prized free agent catch this past summer.

The 6-foot-11, 265-pound center scored 34 points and grabbed 14 rebounds to lead the Houston Rockets to a 122-108 victory over the Phoenix Suns Wednesday night at the Toyota Center. It was the Rockets' fourth win in a row and their sixth in seven games.

"We didn't stop anybody." Suns head coach Jeff Hornacek told NBA.com, summing up best his team's second straight loss.

James Harden also starred for Houston with 23 markers while Chandler Parsons and Terrence Jones had 19 apiece. The Rockets made 39 of 71 field goals and 11 of 16 treys. They improved to 33-17, 5th place in the Western Conference.

The Suns, who got 23 and eight assists from point guard Goran Dragic, dropped to 29-20 and 7th place in the West.

After winning fix in a row, the Suns have dropped their last two assignments. Gerald Green, P.J Tucker and Leandro Barbosa each had 13 points in a losing effort Wednesday. (Homer D. Sayson)
