Two more Filipino boxers have lost to Thai fighters at The Mall Shopping Center in Bangkok .

Flyweight Ryan Maliteg who is ranked No. 10 by the Games & Amusements Board lost by a ninth round technical decision to 38 year old Thai veteran, WBO world No, 2 Pramuansak Posuwan in a WBO Asia Pacific super flyweight title fight. Posuwan dropped Maliteg with a right hook in the third round and was in control of the fight from the opening bell. An accidental clash of heads saw the Thai unable to continue forcing the referee to go to the scorecards in which all three judges had Posuwan leading by margins of 80-71, 79-72 and 80-71.

Posuwan who scored a third round TKO over another Filipino Edmund Nonong Devilleres last December 15 improved to 35-1-1 with 19 knockouts while Maliteg was coming off a ten round split decision loss to Danilo Lerio last October 8.

The second Filipino to lose was No. 2 ranked bantamweight Edgar Gabejan who dropped a unanimous six round decision to Sod Looknongyangtoy, a 29 year old southpaw who improved to 29-2 with 10 knockouts.
