Bruno Escalante to host public workout in San Carlos, CA-Saturday at 1230

Rising Filipino- American prospect, Bruno ?Aloha Kid? Escalante will host a public workout for fans, the public and the media tomorrow (Saturday) at the Undisputed Gym in San Carlos, CA. from 12:30 to 2 pm.

Escalante will be joined by other boxers from the Bay Area, all of which will figure in a July 26 card at The Fox Theater in Redwood City, California.

The young junior bantam fighter, who was born in Cebu City, will be co-headlining the card when he squares off against Mexico?s Manuel Galaviz in a scheduled eight rounder.

?I would like to invite everyone to my first media workout at the Undisputed Boxing Gym in San Carlos, CA. Tomorrow July 13 at 12:30pm. Expect a great time and fun. Thank you, I hope to see all you guys there. Aloha. ?was Escalante?s invitation to readers of Philboxing.com and fans of the sport.

Escalante, who has resided in Waimanalo, Hawaii and San Carlos will not only be sparring and doing exercises, he and the other fighters will also be actively interacting with fans tomorrow. They will provide basic instructions and tips regarding the sport, show some tricks of the Sweet Science and the usual signing of autographs and posing for pictures to those who will be attending the workout.

He will be joined by other prospects that include San Francisco?s Golden Gloves middleweight champ, Ricardo Pinell, San Jose?s Andy Vences and Redwood City cruiserweight, Juan Hernandez.

The July 26th card is a joint production of Don Chargin Productions and Paco Presents Boxing in association with Jorge Marrons Production.
