HUEY AND INGLOT ENTER WIMBLEDON DOUBLES QUARTER FINALS

The Philippines David Cup doubles star Treat Huey and his British partner Dominic Inglot have crashed into the quarter finals of the Men?s Doubles at Wimbledon after beating the German tandem of Andre Begemann and Martin Emrich in four closely contested sets ? 6-3/6-7/7-5 and 7-6.

The No. 16 seeds will face top seeds and identical twins Bob and Mike Bryan of the United States who won the title in 2006 and 2011.

Bob Bryan is a 6?4? lefty while brother Mike is 6?3? and right handed while Inglot stands 6?5? and is right handed with Huey being left handed and standing 5?10?.

In their round of 16 match against the pair from Germany, Huey and Inglot served 16 aces to the mere 4 by the Germans and committed only 4 double faults to the 7 of the Germans.

Huey and Inglot also hammered home 32 winners to 14 and committed less unforced errors, 6 to 9.

The Bryan brothers won their round of sixteen match against David Morero of Spain and Andreas Seppi of Italy 6-3/7-5/6-4.
