Juan Manuel Marquez hosted his first media day today at the Gimnasio Romanza dela Ciudad in Mexico City less than three weeks before he faces rival Manny Pacquiao for the fourth time in Las Vegas.

The gym that is owned by his long time coach and Hall of Fame Trainer, Ignacio ?Nacho? Beristain was attended by members of the Mexican media as Marquez performed routine exercises and drills in the gym.

?We have prepared a lot. We know Pacman and know how to fight him and how to beat him. I?m convinced that we have done much better in other occasions even though the judge have said otherwise," said the 39 year old Marquez through an email sent by his promotional company.

?Now we are going for the victory, for the knockout and finally show who is the best,? added Marquez whose three fights with the Filipino boxer ended in debatable and close decisions.

Marquez showed his impressive physical form at the gym today as evidenced by these pictures.

This Philboxing scribe relayed these pictures to Pacquiao?s trainer, Freddie Roach and the five time trainer of the year stated, ?He?s big!?

Pacquiao?s strength and conditioning coach, Alex Ariza also commented that ?That?s what happens when you listen to your S&C coach,? when this writer asked him what he thought of Marquez and how he looked like in training camp.

Both Marquez and Pacquiao are in the heat of training for their upcoming fight that will unfold on December 8th at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.
