WBO flyweight champion Brian Viloria (31-3, 18 KO?s) has resumed training for the past two weeks for his twice postponed unification title fight against Mexico?s WBA world champion Hernan ?Tyson? Marquez (34-2, 25 KO?s).

Paolo Diaz, Events and Operations Manager of Solar TV Sports Networks told the Manila Standard that the title fight set for November 10 ?has now been moved one week to November 17 to give way to the Omar Salido-Mikey Garcia card? with the venue being the Commerce Casino in Los Angeles.

The unification title fight was originally scheduled for September 29.

Viloria who also spoke to The Standard said the postponement poses no problem and ?the delays come with the territory.?

Viloria, a two division world champion whose stock rose after he mauled highly-touted Giovanni Segura who was listed in the Ring Magazine pound for pound top ten to score an 8th round TKO on December 11, 2011 and followed it up with a smashing 9th round TKO win over another Mexican Omar Nino Romero on May 13 this year told us he would begin sparring soon.

He said that after easing off for a couple of weeks he ?resumed training for the past two weeks and feels really good.?

Viloria suggested that Marquez may be having problems making the weight which is possibly the real reason for the postponements.

Marquez was two pounds overweight in a scheduled title defense against Rodel Mayol but in a strange twist suddenly made the weight prompting Mayol to refuse to fight. This forced Zanfer Promotions Fernando Beltran to pit Richie Mepranum who was scheduled to see action in the undercard to step up and take on Marquez in a ten round super flyweight bout that replaced the title fight on the same day.
