Top Rank promoter Bob Arum has confirmed that ?Fighter of the Decade? Manny Pacquiao?s planned November 10 bout at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas is definitely on.

Arum who met with Pacquiao in General Santos City said they discussed the scheduled November 10 fight and that they would likely announce who his opponent will be.

Arum had submitted three options for Pacquiao to study before making a decision. The first was a rematch with Timothy ?Desert Storm? Bradley who captured Pacquiao?s WBO welterweight title in a split decision that was condemned around the world.

The second option was a fourth battle with Mexican legend Juan Manuel Marquez while the third was a rematch with Miguel Cotto from whom Pacquiao won the WBO welterweight crown wkth a 12th round TKO.

The Top Rank promoter told us that ?we have an idea of who the opponent is but we are working on finalizing it and will probably announce it by the end of the week. But the fight is definitely going on, this November 10.?

During his meeting with Pacquiao Arum explained the financial ramifications of the choice between a rematch with Bradley, a fourth fight with Marquez and a rematch with Cotto who are the three options for a November 10 fight at the MGM Grand.

Arum said while people may want a rematch with Bradley to be able to avenge his seriously questioned loss by a split decision last June 9 ?the real problem I have is that the pay-per-view networks, the cable companies and the satellite people in the United States don?t believe that Bradley will do appreciable business.?

He said ?this is something that really troubles me because we spent a lot of money promoting Manny?s fight but if they don?t believe the results will be there they are not going to spend the money we need them to spend.?
