Los Angeles, C.A. - It was a comfortable sunny Monday morning in Los Angeles as Manny Pacquiao started his second week of training in the hills of Griffith Park.

The only eight time division champion in boxing and current WBO welterweight champ did his usual morning run in the hills overlooking the famous Hollywood sign at around seven yesterday morning.

Pacquiao ran the hills of this urban park without any effort as he prepares to defend his WBO belt against unbeaten challenger Timothy Bradley on June 9th at the Oasis of Boxing , the MGM Grand of Las Vegas.

One usual observer of his run here noticed that he ran longer yesterday as compared to last week and that he is looking good as training progresses for the fighter from General Santos City.

His trio of trainers are there to look at his run, jogging time, morning stretching and exercises. They include long time friends and co-trainers Buboy Fernandez and Nonoy Neri and strength and conditioning coach Alex Ariza.

Pacquiao spent about two hours in the park and resumed his training at the Wild Card Gym in the afternoon under the supervision of Freddy Roach.

Here are exclusive Philboxing pictures of Pacquiao as he trains for his June 9 bout:
