NEWS FLASH: CHARLY SUAREZ BEATS JAPANESE OPPONENT IN SEMIS, GUNS FOR GOLD!

Filipino lightweight Charly Suarez beat Japanese Daisuke Narimatsu, 24-11, in the semifinals of the 2012 AIBA qualifying event in Astana, Kazaksthan moments ago and kept his hope alive to qualify for the London Olympic Games later this year. Suarez will face Chinese veteran Qiang Liu in the finals. Liu won over Enkhzorig Zorigbataar of Mongolia in the other semifinal bout.
The semifinal game between Suarez and Narimatsu will be shown tomorrow night (Thursday) at AKTV Channel 13 right after the PBA games. The finals will be shown on Friday at the same channel, also after the PBA games.
