WBO/IBF and WBA heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko annihilated an over-matched and much smaller cruiserweight Jean-Marc Mormeck of France to score his 5oth knockout at the Esprit Arena in Dusseldorf, Germany on Sunday, Manila Time.

Mormeck was ranked No. 9 by the IBF and No, 10 by the WBO and WBA but the gape between the champion and the challenger wad enormous with the 39 year old Mormeck older than the 35 year old Klitschko besides giving away some 12 pounds in weight and several inches in height.

Klitschko dropped Mormeck with a solid right hand in the second round and battered the challenger for the remainder of the round.

Klitschko continued to hammer the Frenchman in round three and it was only a matter of time before the fight would end.

It happened in the very next round when Klitschko ripped into the outclassed challenger and dropped him for the last time at 1:12 of round four.

With the win the world champion from the Ukraine improved his brecored to 57-3 with 50 knockouts while Mormeck fell to 36-5 with 22 knockouts.
