World Boxing Council president Don Jose Sulaiman, obviously angered by a statement by Top Rank promoter Bob Arum that he was an ?ass---le? said that while Arum is ?one of the greatest promoters, he has no class.?

Sulaiman said Arum ?has no idea of what a gentleman is? and claimed that if the promoter is subjected to open heart surgery the doctors would find no heart.?

The WBC president said that he had ?tried all my life to be his friend and have always supported him specially at his rough times ,but unfortunately, he does not know either the meaning of that word. He just can?t help it.?

Sulaiman contended that selected Juan Manuel M?rquez to fight pound-for-pound king Manny Pacquiao because ? he thought that he was no threat to ,his multi billion ace; I also believed, as a boxing fan, that Marquez was at his age, not going to beat Pacquiao.

Sulaiman said however that Marquez proved Arum and myself wrong, as he might not have beaten him (Pacquiao) according to some, but he did not lose either.?

The WBC president stated he was happy to accept the majority decision in favor of Pacquiao ? as it was a competitive fight and good for boxing.?

He noted that Arum also is trying to sign the rematch and insinuated that it was the money that the promoter is after.

Sulaiman emphasized that if Arum ?is really interested, it has to be in Mexico and nowhere else.?
