WEIGHTS FROM MANDALAY BAY: GESTA - 136 LBS, DOMINGUEZ - 136 LBS

LAS VEGAS -- Undefeated Filipino prospect Mercito Gesta (23-0-1 12KO) and his Mexican opponent Ricardo Dominguez (34-7-2 21KO) both came in at 136 lbs for their lightweight battle during the official weighin held at the Mandalay Bay Resorts Casino Thursday afternoon. The Gesta-Domiguez tussle is a co-feature bout during tomorrow's Top Rank Live the fight before the big fight boxing event to be held at the Islander Ballroom of Mandalay Bay Resorts & Casino.
Headlining the event is Las Vegas native Diego Magdaleno (129 lbs) who will go up against former Manny Pacquiao opponent Emmanuel Lucero (130 lbs) in a super featherweight battle.
Two other Filipinos will see action in the event. Juan Miguel Elorde came in at 121 lbs while his opponent Jerry Guevarra came in at 122 lbs. Allan Tanada weighed in at 130 lbs while his opponent Juan Ruiz stepped the scales at 126 lbs.
