Talisay City ? 'Pinoy Pride VIII' headliners Milan Melindo, Jayson Pagara and Genesis Servania continued to gather big crowds on its Cebu mall tour this time wowing the Saturday afternoon mall-goers at the Gaisano Fiesta Mall in Talisay City, Cebu. The trio will each meet a Mexican counterpart on Sep. 10 for the 'Philippines vs Mexico' at the Waterfront Hotel & Casino in Cebu City for the 8th installment of the highly popular 'Pinoy Pride' series.

The undefeated 'El 'Metodico' Melindo (24-0-0 8KO), who will go against Mexican toughie Francisco Rosas, went sparring for two rounds with Philippine champion Gerson Mancio in front of a highly appreciative crowd. Jayson Pagara (27-1-0 16KO), who has a date with reigning Mexican Fecombox light welterweight champion Rosbel Montaya, had a intense two-round sparring against Japanese national Kazuya Maruki that put the crowd on its feet. Rising undefeated prospect Genesis Servania (14-0-0 5KO), who will match skills against another Mexican in Mario Macias, went two rounds of sparring against the highly regarded Mark Bernaldez.

Young ALA Gym prospects Roma Rate and Boysie Sultan also saw action sparring against much bigger foes while highly popular ring jokester Jojo Intor put on a show to put laughter into the crowd.

The PP8 mall tour culminates next Sunday, Sep. 4 at SM City-Cebu with another public workout before heating up during the fight week with the arrival of the Mexican foes on Sep. 6.
