BAUTISTA, RUIZ MAKE WEIGHT ON 2ND WEIGHIN

Cebu City -- Rey 'Boom Boom' Bautista weighted in at 135.5 lbs while Heriberto Ruiz came in at 134 lbs during the second weighin at 9:30 this morning at the Waterfront Hotel here. The International Boxing Federation (IBF) Rule 1.B mandates that fighters will have to do a second weighin during the day of the fight and fighters should not weight more than 10 lbs over the required weight. Bautista and Ruiz will battle for the IBF International Featherweight (126 lbs) title tonight at the Waterfront Hotel.
