Atlantic City, N.J. - Glen Tapia vs. Eberto Medina -In a battle of Jersey boys in the Boardwalk this evening, Passaic, N.J. native and former Manny Pacquiao sparring partner Glen Tapia scored a unanimous decision win over Eberto Medina of Newark, N.J. Tapia won all 6 rounds in the score cards of two judges and 5 out of 6 rounds on one judge. Tapia came out as the aggressor from the opening bell scoring a knock down in the 3rd round against the Ecuadorian born Medina.Tapia improved to 9-0 with 5 KO's.while Medina dropped to 5-6.

Tommy Zbikowski vs. Caleb Grummet -Baltimore Ravens safety survived a tough battle of the heavyweights against Caleb Grummet of Grand Rapids, MI. Zbikowsky came out strong in the first two rounds but seems to lose steam in the last two. That was enough though to salvage a UD win over the much bigger Grummet. A deduction for a low blow in the 3rd did not help Grummet's cause. This is Zbikowski's 3rd fight overall and his 2nd fight in two weeks. He was cheered heavily by Ravens fans who made the 2 hour travel from the neighboring state.

Jorge Diaz vs. Teon Kennedy - Undefeated super bantamweights Jorge Diaz and Teon Kennedy fought in an entertaining 12 round fight for Kennedy's USBA belt. Kennedy knocked down Diaz in the 3rd and 6th round and pretty much controlled the rest of the fight despite Diaz's efforts to come back. He kept his unbeaten record and improved to 17-0-1 while Diaz who was cheered by the hometown crowd suffered his1st defeat in 16 fights. The fight drew cheers from the sold out arena.
