Japan?s undefeated 21 year old Kazuto Ioka in only the seventh fight in his career has won the WBC minimum weight title with a 5th round TKO over Thai champion Oleydong Sithsanerchai at the World Memorial Hall in Kobe, Friday.

Referee Bruce McTavish called a halt at 1:07 of round five after Oleydong was dropped once in the second and once in the fifth and appeared in no condition to continue.

It was the first defeat for the 25 year old Oleydong whose record now stands at 35-1-1 with 13 knockouts.
