Members of Team Philippines pose with Dr Ed de la Vega (4th from left, standing) at the latter's office at Canoga Park, CA Monday afternoon. Dr de la Vega, who has yet to break his vow to give a custom-built mouthguard free of charge to any Filipino boxer that comes to his office, fitted each of the 11-strong Philippine Team, gratis. Seven of the 11 fighters will be fighting in Maywood, CA on Thursday, September 2, and the rest will fight during the week.
