Top Rank promoter Bob Arum says young Julio Cesar Chavez Jr who battles Miguel Cotto for the WBO light middleweight title on December 4 will come to Manila to train alongside pound-for-pound king Manny Pacquiao as Pacquiao prepares for his planned November 13 title fight for the vacant WBC light middleweight crown against Antonio Margarito.

Arum told insidesports.ph, Standard Today and Viva Sports that trainer Freddie Roach who will be in Manila for the first part of Pacquiao?s training before he moves to the WildCard Gym in Los Angeles that ?Freddie is also planning to take Chavez to train with Manny? which would be helpful to both fighters and is also likely to help increase interest among Filipino fans in the fights of Chavez.

The Top Rank promoter said Pacquiao will have to train in the last month before the fight at the Wild Card Gym in Los Angeles.

Arum who flew to Dallas on Wednesday said he had a fun time with Cowboys stadium owner Jerry Jones in a five-hour dinner-meeting and said ?we really enjoyed ourselves.?

Talking about their conversations over Dallas being the site for a planned November 13 showdown between Pacquiao and Margarito, Arum revealed ?it was a very worthwhile conversation but we are not going to make any statements until the 19th of August which is the day after the California State Commission hearing? on Margarito?s hand-wrap controversy for which he served a one year suspension.

Arum indicated that the California hearing will provide the Texas Commission ?a chance to decide on Margarito?s application? for a license to fight in Dallas.
