Manny Pacquiao?s adviser Michael Koncz says he is working on a multi-million dollar deal in Abu Dhabi and says he is ?not missing in action? probably in reference to Top Rank promoter Bob Arum?s statement that he hadn?t been able to contact him for two days until he surfaced on Thursday, Manila Time.

In an email to us which he also sent Michael Marley and others, Koncz said he is ?trying to put a multi-million dollar deal together that is not in or relevant? to Top Rank or himself ?but in the best interests of my boss Manny Pacquiao,? the reigning pound-for-pound king and ?Fighter of the Decade.?

Koncz revealed that he is dealing with the Royal Family members of the United Arab Emirates and the Abu Dhabi Sports Authority.

At the same time Koncz made it clear that the people he is dealing with ?are not hungry for publicity at the present time? and that when and if an agreement is reached they would announce it in a press release.

The fight between Pacquiao and Antonio Margarito for the vacant WBC light middleweight title is scheduled for November 13 and if it is held in Abu Dhabi it will be one day before the Formula I Grand Prix in the oil-rich emirates.

In what seems like a mini lecture Koncz said ?there is no desire nor need to put each and every little move or detail of discussions in the media at this time? adding that in the United Arab Emirates ?there are no egos to feed.?

Koncz concluded his email by saying ?if the fight deal is completed, the publicity will come.?
