GESTA HEADLINES TELEFURA SHOW IN TUCSON ON AUG. 20

Undefeated Filipino lightweight prospect Mercito Gesta (18-0-1 8KOs) returns to action on Aug. 20 at Casino del Sol in Tucson, Arizona against Mexican Genaro Trazancos which will be aired by Spanish TV Telefura.
This has been revealed by Gesta's manager Vincent Parra during Gesta's training session at Freddie Roach's Wildcard Gym in Hollywood Wednesday.
Gesta has been a regular attraction at Casino del Sol having already fought there twice against Cristian Favela (won UD) in Nov. 2008 and against Benito Zepida (won KO1) in April, 2008.
Gesta will go up this time against Genaro Trazancos (22-11-1) who has been a regular cannon fodder for up-and-coming stars and prospects that included Jose Miguel Cotto, Steven Luevano and Edwin Valero.
