Ana ?The Hurricane? Julaton is a ripped and ready 122 pounds and ready to blow away Maria Elena Villalobos who came in at 121.6 pounds in their battle for the vacant WBO female super bantamweight title at Casino Rama in Ontario, Canada Thursday morning Manila Time.
The 29 year old Julaton who has a record of 6-2-1 with 1 knockout is coming off a ten round unanimous decision loss to the far more experienced southpaw Lisa Brown (16-4-3, 5 KO?s) in their clash for the vacant WBA female title on March 27 this year.
However, prior to that loss Julaton won the vacant IBA title with a majority ten round decision over Kelsey Jeffries (41-9-1, 4 KO?s) on September 12, 2009 which was a solid achievement for the popular Daly City based Julaton.
Julaton earlier won a ten round unanimous decision over Donna ?Nature Girl? Biggers (19-8-1, 16 KO?s) on December 4, 2009.
?Mary? Villalobos sports a record of 6-3 with 3 knockouts. The Mexican lost her last fight by a unanimous decision in a WBC female title fight against Marcela Eliana ?La Tigreso? Acuna (33-5, 16 KO?s) of Argentina.
Julaton who trains at Freddie Roach?s Wild Card Gym in Los Angeles is expected to benefit from her training there as well as having the celebrated trainer in her corner.
