CEBU CITY -- Filipino boxing superstar Manny Pacquiao's younger brother Bobby returns to action this Saturday, Aug. 2, at the Waterfront Hotel in Cebu City, hoping to redeem himself after being stopped in the first round by undefeated Mexican contender Urbano Antillon at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas last March.

Bobby Pacquiao (28-14-3) goes up against Decho Bankluaygym (28-10-2) of Thailand for the vacant WBO Asia-Pacific lighweight title.

Banklauaygym's last outing in the Philippines was in 2006 when he lost to Czar Amonsot by UD in Mandaue City.

Supporting the main event are fights featuring Japan-based Filipino warrior Rolly 'Matsushita' Lunas against Kaonah Khlongphajon of Thailand for Lunas' OPBF superbantam title and an interesting matchup between Mexican David Rodela, a long-time Pacquiao sparring-mate and the Philippines' Arnel Porras.

Other undercard bouts: Darryl Pucdol vs Jaime Barcelona, Jetly Purisima vs Roilo Golez and Ryan Tampus vs Ghing Daculiat.

The event is organized by Manny Pacquiao's MP Promotions in association with Rex 'Wakee' Salud's RWS International.

Meanwhile Michael Farenas, who made waves in the US in recent months, will see action in Liloan, Cebu tomorrow against Boonmee Sithsrivinitwitthayakom of Thailand for a 10-round non-title bout. Dubbed as 'Rambulan sa Liloan', the event was originally scheduled in Pinamungajan, Cebu upon the request of Manny Pacquiao, but was cancelled when Pacquiao would not be able to attend the contest due to some commitments in the US.

Other fights in the Liloan event are between Marvin Tampus vs Janrey Verano, Jonathan Baat vs Daniel Diolan, Rodulfo Sumabong vs Renan Branzuela, Jason Siaton vs Elmar Franciso, Adonis Aguello vs Randy Megrinos and Jaime Bermisdo vs Andy Seneres.
