The Dallas Mavericks' 18-year-old rookie, Cooper Flagg, scored 26 points, grabbed 9 rebounds, and dished out 4 assists, becoming the second 18-year-old in NBA history to score over 25 points in a single game after the game against the Milwaukee Bucks on Monday, November 10.

With this feat, Flagg ties LeBron James as the youngest players to score more than 25 points in a game at 18 years and 324 days old. However, LeBron James holds the record as the youngest, having achieved this feat at 18 years and 30 days old.

James previously scored 25 points in 9 games, including one game with 37 points.

In the 2025-2026 season, Cooper Flagg is averaging 15 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 3.1 assists per game, playing approximately 32 minutes per game.

We saw Flagg playing a few days ago at the Arena Ciudad de México against the Detroit Pistons, and he was selected as the first overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft.

Flagg, who stands 6'9" tall, attended the Montverde Academy, one of the most prestigious youth basketball development programs in the U.S., and was a star for the legendary Duke Blue Devils in the U.S. college basketball league.
