Monika Singh Makes History as India's Newest Youth World Champion

BANGKOK, Thailand — India's Monika Singh (10-2, 5 KOs) has etched her name in the annals of Indian boxing history by becoming the new Universal Boxing Organization (UBO) Youth Light Flyweight World Champion.

The tall 21-year-old boxing girl from India dominated her Pakistani opponent, Aliya Soomro, with a stunning TKO victory in the sixth round today, September 6, at the World Siam Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.

Singh's height and reach proved to be a significant advantage as she outboxed and overpowered Soomro, showcasing her impressive skills and strategy in the ring.





The victory marks a milestone in Singh's career, solidifying her position as a rising star in India boxing.
