WENIE Cline Verano of Valencia City remained undefeated after stopping Miss Domsin Sohsit of Thailand in the first round last April 24 in the “Clash in Nations” at the World Siam Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
The 31-year-old Verano immediately worked with her non-stop body and head punches against Sohsit.
Sohsit could not even throw her own punches as Verano landed with head and body punches for the first knockdown.
After the fight resumed, Verano again continued her attack forcing the referee to finally stop the fight.
Verano, who has been training for nine months in Cebu City, now has 13 wins with nine knockouts.
She previously won by unanimous decision over Kullathida Kueasanor of Thailand to retain the WBC Asian flyweight title last April 8, 2024 in Valencia City.
The boxing event was brought by Brico Santig of Highland Boxing and Narish Boxing Promotion.
