BOXLAB PROMOTIONS RETURNS TO ORLANDO FOR ACTION-PACKED FIGHT NIGHT ON APRIL 18

Kevin Brown and Esteuri Suero to Battle for WBA Continental North America Super Lightweight Title at Caribe Royale Resort

ORLANDO, FL (March 31, 2025) – Boxlab Promotions is set to deliver another thrilling night of championship boxing as Kevin Brown (6-0, 3 KOs), fighting out of Las Vegas, NV, by way of Camagüey, Cuba, takes on Esteuri Suero (14-2, 10 KOs), of Las Vegas, NV, by way of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, in a 10-round showdown for the WBA Continental North America Super Lightweight Title. The event will take place Friday, April 18, 2025, at the Caribe Royale Resort in Orlando, Florida, televised live on DAZN.

In the 10-round co-main event, undefeated Dominican standout Hendri Cedeno (15-0, 11 KOs) from La Romana, Dominican Republic, will square off against Miami’s Idalberto Umara (13-3, 9 KOs) in an explosive battle for the vacant WBO Intercontinental Lightweight Title.

The night will also feature the Boxlab Promotions debut of newly signed heavyweight Lenier Pero (11-0, 8 KOs), who is co-promoted with Matchroom Boxing. Pero, originally from Camagüey, Cuba, and now based in Las Vegas, NV, will take on Detrailous Webster (9-4, 5 KOs) from Courtland, Mississippi, in an 10-round clash for the WBA Continental Latin America Title.

Undefeated heavyweight Gurgen Hovhannisyan (7-0, 6 KOs) of Los Angeles, CA, by way of Yerevan, Armenia, will also see action in an 8-round battle against Dajuan Calloway (11-3, 9 KOs), from Warrensville Heights, OH.

Another highly anticipated bout will feature Super Featherweight Christopher Diaz-Velez (29-5, 19 KOs), from Barranquitas, Puerto Rico, will compete in an 8-round bout against Jose Antonio Meza (9-10, 2 KOs), from Durango, Mexico.

EXCITING PROSPECTS AND UNDEFEATED FIGHTERS ROUND OUT THE CARD

• Super welterweight Antraveous Ingram (9-0, 4 KOs), from Kissimmee, Florida, squares off against Jose Arturo Esquivel, from Chihuahua, Mexico, in an 8-round bout.

• Super Featherweight Roberto Gomez (5-0, 2 KOs), from Dade City, Florida, will face Ulises Carvajal (5-1, 3 KOs) from Chinandega, Nicaragua in a 6-round contest.

• Welterweight Geise Reyes Del Verso (5-0, 4 KOs), from Sarasota, Florida, will battle an opponent TBA in a 6-round fight.

• Super Bantamweight Carlos Lebron (4-1-1, 4 KOs), from Florida, will fight Jose Leon (Pro Debut), from Chicago, IL, in a 4-round bout.

• Jobed Collazo, from Lutz, Florida, will make his pro debut in a 4-round lightweight bout against Erion Johnson (1-8), from Denver, CO.

• In the super middleweight division, Abel Gonzalez (7-0, 5 KOs) of Safety Harbor, Florida, will face fellow unbeaten fighter Ryan Wilczak (11-0, 6 KOs) from Scranton, Pennsylvania, in an 8-round contest.
