Andres Bautista, a former Technological Institute of the Philippines standout shows another excellent performance by topping the Arabic Day 8 Chess Festival and Arabic Friday Chess Championship 12 via lichess platform. It shall be recalled that Bautista was also the second scoring record holder of Faeldonia Chess Team Philippines by scoring 552 points last January 24, 2023.
Bautista with a username of "Holy_spirit" was supported by the following teammates on Day 8: Leo Rufin, Miguel Vicente, Louise Manuel Macalintal, Ricardo Jimenez, Edward Songco, Rey Fajarito, Ticky Harare, Clement Valledor, Joel Forcadas, Romil Bantang, Engr. Bren Sasot, Muthamsetty Pravareesh, Jonathan Tagayona, Meliton Yu, Andrew Nicholas Occampo, Noe Ramon. Felix Duterte, Ibrahim Mamantuc Jr. and Jerry Morada Jr.
