THE Nuvista San Jose Homeowners' Association Inc. Twin Tournament sponsored by eight-division world champion Emmanuel "Manny" Dapidran Pacquiao Sr. will be held on May 27, 2023 at the Nuvista San Jose Iona Club House in San Jose Del Monte City, Bulacan.

Dubbed as Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao Open League Basketball Cup 2023, which featured Junior Division (25 years old and below) and Open Division (Open, No Age Limit).

Maximum of 40 Teams in the Junior Division which offers P20,000 and a trophy to the champion while 60 Teams for the Open Division and awaits P30,000 and a trophy to the winners.

The deadline of registration is on May 20. P400 Playing fee for each team in Junior Division while P500 Playing fee for each team in Open Division.

"Format of the league will be finalized after the registration and the solidarity meeting on May 21," explained by Board of Director/ Sports Committee Chairman Hamed Nouri.

"Fifteen (15) players only per team. No active players from PBA and MPBL will allow to play. Only two (2) in active/former PBA and MPBL players will be allowed to play per team. Only two (2) players from UAAP and NCAA will be allowed to play per team. For Juniors, (25 years old and below), allowed only to play in one division." he added.

"Guest for the Opening Ceremony will be former Senator Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao," last word of Nouri.

Among the early team entries are Bulacan Areas, Caloocan, Quezon City and schools.
