REYES FACES TEENAGER IN IPT VIEWERS CHALLENGE MATCH

Efren ?Bata? Reyes? magical shot-making will be put to the test in the Viewers Choice Ultimate 8-Ball Challenge Match against teenage prodigy Austin Murphy on April 29. The matches begin at 8 p.m. Eastern time in the U.S.
Reyes edged Murphy for the top spot in online voting conducted by the International Pool Tour due largely to the support Reyes received from fans of Philboxing.com after an appeal for support was posted on the widely popular boxing site. Until then Reyes was in third spot behind early front-runners Vilmos Foldes and Gerda Hofstatter.
The match between pool legend Reyes and the young upstart Murphy will be preceded by a pre-game show and Straight Pool match between German ace Oliver Ortmann and American John Schmidt.
Pool fans can watch the matches ?live? by simply logging on to the International Pool Tour website. Its free of charge.
IPT Tour Director Deno Andrews is hoping that Filipino pool fans will register and watch the matches where the quality of the streaming so far. In the last match between Marlon Manalo and Rodney Morris the signal quality was very good.
