Handling the white pieces, Quizon beat Grandmaster Rogelio "Joey" Antonio Jr. in the fifth round to improve his score to a total of 5 points to remain on top in this 12-player-field, single-round tournament organized by the National Chess Federation of the Philippines (NCFP).
