CHICAGO -- Misery, the saying goes, loves company.

Apparently, so does charity.

After UFC president Dana White pledged to donate $10 thousand to help the victims of the Mindanao earthquake, another big name in the fight business is joining the kindness line.

In a recent sit-down, Mike Tyson, the erstwhile Baddest Man on the planet and the undisputed heavyweight champion of the world, offered to help.

"He said he's open to helping the foundation any way he can do and he can't wait to have come on his podcast," Jon Sisson, the Executive Director of the Manny Pacquiao Foundation, told PhilBoxing.com.

Sisson added that Tyson expressed his "real love and respect for Manny" and that he loves the life direction of Pacquiao, who is now a sitting Senator in the Philippines.

Meanwhile, relief goods stored at a warehouse in General Santos waiting to be shipped to shelters where many of the victims have been displaced to.

Those who wish to help with the relief efforts can send it their donations by logging in at pacquiaofoundation.org. (HDS)
