PEÑALOSA TO FIGHT DLAMINI ON JULY 12 IN JEDDAH

DAVAO CITY ? Undefeated Carl ?The Hunter? Pe?alosa of Cebu will fight Lerato ?Lights Out? Dlamini of South Africa for the vacant World Boxing Council International featherweight title on July 12 at the King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The 25-year old Pe?alosa (15W-0L, 11KO) TKO?d Marcos Cardenas of Mexico in the 4th round to win the World Boxing Organization Orientation featherweight at the SM City North EDSA Skydome in Quezon City.

Dlamini (12W-1L-0D, 6KO) defeated Haidari Mchanio of Tanzania to win vacant International Boxing Federation Continental Africa featherweight title last Oct. 21, 2018 in South Africa.
Dlamini scored a split decision on Sydney Maluleka to win the vacant World Boxing Council International featherweight title last April 8, 2018.

Pitted in the main event is Amin Khan (33W-5L-0D, 20KO) of United Kingdom versus Neeraj Gojay (11W-3L-2D, 2KO) of India for the welterweight division. (Lito delos Reyes)
