Kaikanha KOs Jaro in 7th round

DAVAO CITY ? Former WBC world champion Sonny Boy Jaro of the Philippines lost by a 7th round knockout to WBC Asian Boxing Council bantamweight champion Nawaphon ?Nakonlo? Kaikanha of Thailand last May 18 at Workpoint Studio in Bang Phun. Thailand.

It was the 15th defeat suffered Jaro, who won 45 fights and 5 draws.

The 27-year old Kaikanha made his second successful title defense.

He scored his 35th knockout win in 45 victories with 1 loss and 1 draw.

Kaikanha won the vacant WBC ABC bantamweight title via a unanimous decision over Likit Chane last July 21, 2918.
He TKO?d Richard Claveras of the Philippines in the 4th round last Nov. 17, 2018 in his first title defense. (Lito delos Reyes)
