LOS ANGELES -- This city of Hollywood lights and glamour is used to stars crawling in at the Staples Center sidelines to catch an NBA game, but on Tuesday night fans caught a glimpse of arguably boxing's biggest star --- Manny Pacquiao.

The Filipino Senator was a guest of honor when Filipino Heritage Night was celebrated at the Clippers-Hornets game. He was joined by another prominent Filipino, Apl.de.Ap of the Black-Eyed Peas, as they celebrated with thousands of Pinoys in the crowd.

Along with his lovely wife, Jinkee, Pacquiao took a seat at courtside and watched the Clippers edge Kemba Walker and the Hornets, 129-108. Manny, boxing's only eight-division champ, however, left at halftime to get a good night's rest as his fight with Adrien Broner inches closer on January 19, 2019 at the MGM Grand Las Vegas.

During a break in the action in the first quarter, Pacquiao helped in the t-shirt toss, showing the might of his vaunted left hand. But the buzz, one that will bounce all over the boxing world in the days to come, centers on what Pacquiao did.

He met Floyd Mayweather, who was also seated at courtside, right across the Filipino icon.

Let the rumors begin.
