
Tanawat Decisions Rementizo to Retain WBC Asia 105 in Thailand

Undefeated Thai 105-pounder Tanawat Nakoon (10-0, 4 KO's) retained his WBC Asian Minimumweight Strap by scoring a 10-round unanimous decision win over game Cagayan de Oro native Marco John Rementizo (8-3, 6 KO's) Friday (Oct 26) at the famed Rangsit Stadium in Bangkok, Kingdom of Thailand.
Scorecards for the televised bout were 96-94 (twice) and 97-93, all in favor of the 26 year-old fast-rising Tanawat Nakoon (also known as "Satanmuanglek CP Freshmart"), a fighter of the Diamond Boxing Stable.
