WBC and WBA unified middleweight champion Canelo Alvarez is more than willing to do a rematch with the now retired former pound-for-pound king Floyd Mayweather, Jr.
Canelo's lone career defeat was dealt by Mayweather on September 14 of 2013. The bout was fought at a catch-weight of 152-pounds, with Mayweather dominating the contest at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
If Mayweather is serious about the come back, Canelo says he should do the right thing and grant him a rematch. "Look, that's something that I would love," Canelo said to Sports Illustrated. "If he wants to come back and is still motivated to come back, he should do it right. He should do it right and give me the opportunity to have that rematch and demonstrate who is better."
Canelo believes he greatly lacks the experience last time to beat Mayweather in their first match. And he would love to to do it again.

Sugar Ray Leonard encouraged Anthony Joshua to travel to America to fight Deontay Wilder to become a world superstar champion fighter. Joshua is the WBA, IBF, IBO and WBO heavyweight champion and he wants to face WBC heavyweight king Wilder at the Wembley Stadium in April. Their teams failed to agree to fight this year.
KO specialist Wilder will stake his unbeaten record against Tyson Fury on December 1 in Los Angeles. Leonard was at the ringside when Joshua won over Alexander Povetkin last month and he feels the British unified heavyweight champ fighting Wilder would be similar to his return to the ring in 1987 to beat undisputed middleweight champion Marvin Hagler.
