Tim Tszyu, son of boxing legend Kostya Tszyu, continues on his father's footsteps as he climbs the ring for the 11th time to battle tough heavy-handed Argentina Marcos Jesus Cornejo (19-3, 18 KO's) on September 8th at Bendigo Stadium in Victoria, Australia.

Tszyu's (10-0, 8 KO's) tough non-title super welterweight 10-rounder is the co-main event of the WBA Oceania battle between unbeaten Andrew "The Monster" Moloney (17-0, 10 KO's) and brawler former world champion Luis "El Nica" Concepcion (37-6, 26 KO's) of Panama; and Tim aims at stealing the spotlight with a spectacular performance:

"l know Marcos Jesus Cornejo. He is a big puncher with knockout power. But I can not wait to bring fireworks to the ring myself. I will not be taking a backward step," said Tim Tzsyu whose famous father Kostya Tszyu would never backed away from action.

Marcos Jesus Cornejo from Argentina boasts a record of 19 wins 18 by way of knockout and only three losses. The Argentinian is a without a doubt a huge puncher, a dangerous hard-hitter with both hands and a tough opponent for the younger Tim Tzsyu, and a single mistake could proved costly.

"Fans are in for a great show to be aired on ESPN Plus and Fox sports," said co-promoter Peter Maniatis, recently inducted to the Australia Boxing Hall of Fame.

The event at Bendigo Stadium - a newly built 4,000 seat state-of-the-art venue - is a promotion of Lynden Hosking of HP Promotions and Peter Maniatis Events in association with Ultratune Service Centers.

"In addition to the two main fights, fans can look forward to nine more thrilling bouts. And to get all of that, I have worked with Lynden Hosking and Ultratune," said Peter Maniatis, a promoter and as well as boxing TV anchor in Australia.

"Lynden is a former Olympian boxer of the 1996 Atlanta Games and boxing is his life passion, so is for me," continued Maniatis.

"He works hard, so as Ultratune, a company that continues sponsoring boxers, given them opportunity to make a name for themselves. One of them is former WBA Jr. Flyweight World Champion Randy Petalcorin of the Philippines. In fact, Petalcorin will be fighting for the IBF World title on October 21 against tough Felix Alvarado of Nicaragua. That is thanks to Ultratune."

"Coming next is "The Monster" Moloney vs "El Nica" Concepcion for WBA Oceania Super Fly; and Tim Tszyu vs Cornejo in a 10-rounder super welter. Two exciting clashes on September 8th that boxing fans in Australia can't miss."
