
Omega Boxing's 'DOUBLE RUMBLE' Set to Thrill Fans This Saturday at Mandaue Sports Complex, Cebu

Exciting boxing comes back to Mandaue City, Cebu, as Omega Boxing Promotions is set to stage its seven-fight card DOUBLE RUMBLE this coming Saturday (August 18) at Mandaue City Sports Complex; a thrilling boxing show that no boxing fan in Cebu can afford to miss.
In the main event the unbeaten hard-hitting Christian Araneta (15-0, 13 KO's) rumbles more experienced former world-title challenger Jerry Tomogdan (25-9-4, 3 KO's) in a 12 rounder Jr. Flyweight match for the vacant WBC Asia Silver.
The co-main feature showcases undefeated French warrior Jaber Zayani (14-0, 8 KO's) squaring off Pinoy boxer Eduardo Mancito (16-8-2, 9 KO's of Iligan in a ten-rounder Super Featherweight battle for the WBO Oriental Strap.
In addition, Jobert "Little Pacman" Alvarez (17-2-2, 7 KO's) of Gensan targets Gerpaul Valero (22-21-4, 16 KO's) of Mandaue for a knock out. Will this rumble will go on the ten rounds? Or will it end up earlier? There is only one way to know. This hot clash in the fast bantamweights division.
More: Kawelo Alcos (1-0, 1 KO) of Hawaii, USA deals with debutant Patrick Dakay in a scheduled four-stanzas war in the 112-pound weight class.
Also, 21 year-old Pociano Remandiman (7-4-1, 3 KO's) of Leyte engages 19 year-old Adrian Lerasan (6-1, 1 KO) of Antipolo City, Rizal. Their war is an 8-rounder in the bantamweight division.
Furthermore, unbeaten puncher Marjon "The Journey" Piencenaves (5-0-1, 4 KO's) collides with 20 year-old Mandaue fighter Jeffrey Stella (4-5-2, 4 KO's) in a 6 rounder Featherweight clash.
Plus, Cebuano newcomer Carlo Bacaro (1-0, 1 KO) opens the evening of boxing taking on well-trained debutant Matthew Fondales in a hot 4-rounder Super Featherweight bout.
