Kuala Lumpur - If there were any remaining doubts that the championship bout between Manny Pacquiao and Lucas Matthysse is in jeopardy - they all disappeared after the official weigh-in festivities Saturday morning in Kuala Lumpur.

After weeks of speculation, Pacquiao and Matthysse were introduced by famed ring announcer Michael Buffer and both fighters stepped in the scales and both made the welterweight weight limit of 147 pounds.

The champion from Argentina weighed in at 146.7 pounds while the Filipino challenger is fit at 146.

Both faced each other and for the cameras for the final time before they duke it out for Matthyse?s welterweight title.

The predominantly Filipino and Asian fans cheered on Pacquiao as he stepped in the stage and waved at the crowd while Matthysse was supported by his close friends, family and his Golden Boy promotional outfit.

The site of their battle is at the Axiata Arena, some 20 minutes away from the center of the capital.

First fight is early at 7 in the morning while the main event is expected to be beamed worldwide at 11 am Kuala Lumpur time.

Note: The four other Filipinos fighting in the undercard also made weights for their respective bouts.

Juan Miguel Elorde, JR Magboo, JayAr Inson and Harmonito Dela Torre all passed their final rendezvous with the weight scales.
