MAASIN CITY -- Even though wearing 12 oz gloves, ?El Nino? Jason Pagara (41-3-1, 26 KOs) of the ALA Boxing Gym scored a crushing left hook that sent the brave, though limited Indonesian journeyman Wellem Reyk (19-19-4, 5KOs) to dreamland at the 1:15 seconds mark in round 3 on the undercard of the Albert Pagara vs Laryea Gabriel Odoi and Jeo Santisima vs Likit Chane double WBO regional championships on Pinoy Pride 44 at the Maasin City Gym here Saturday night.

The impact of Pagara's knockout punch left Reyk flustered on the canvas motionless for several minutes.

The quick win takes Pagara to the winning column after a rough night in Japan, and ?El Nino? who was disappointingly overweight for this fight wants to see more action in the coming months.
