President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo who will attend the opening ceremonies of the convention will be given a special award by WBC president Jose Sulaiman who will also present the founding secretary general of the world?s No.1 boxing organization, the eminent lawyer Rudy Salud the WBC?s ?Lifetime Achievement Award.?
