KIDAPAWAN CITY ? - Atlanta Olympic silver medalist Mansueto ?Onyok? Velasco and Philippine Sports Commissioner Charles Raymond Maxey are both gracing the Mindanao Quarter Finals of PSC-Pacquiao Amateur Boxing up set Feb. 10 and 11 at the Kidapawan City Gym.

Mayor Joseph Evangelista will give the welcome address during the opening program on Saturday at 2 p.m.

Velasco, who won a silver medal in the 2006 Atlanta Olympics, also graced the Visayas Preliminaries held last week at his own hometown in Bago City, Negros Occidental.
