Big Yellow Boxing Promotions scored a knock out win with the return of pro boxing to Danao City, Cebu. In the card's headliner, heavy-handed Jr. Flyweight Cris Ganoza (13-1, 7 KO's), trained by head coach Christopher "Pingping" Tepora brutalized Bohol warrior Garry Rojo in just two rounds, rocking him to the white canvas of the Sabang Gym where he stayed flat on his back. The third man was Mr. Tony Pesons.

Cris Ganoza, 22, looked fast and impressive in his return to the winning column and now the Big Yellow Boxing fighter born in Matalom, Leyte, wants tougher challenges.

The co-main event saw another Leyte?o scoring a thrilling knock out win. It was minimumweight rookie Dennis Guibao of Baybay, Leyte, who stalked and victimized Welberto Rota of Compostela in three rounds.

It was the 21-year-old Dennis Guibao's first fight as a pro fighter and the Big Yellow Boxing boxer has just began with success his boxing career. The Guibao-Rota was tipped to be a non-stop, action-packed 4-rounder, and it did not fail to deliver excitement to the fans in attendance.

In main supporting bout, veteran 147-pounder Jhun Ryan Quimbo, 27, of Compostela, Cebu, scored an 8-round split decision win over southpaw Rey "Malone" Labao of the SGG Stable. Labao was hoping to get the win after a one-year hiatus, but he had to take the lost.

In another thrilling match-up, hard-hitting Gensan bamtamweight Ken Jordan (5-1-1, 5 KO's) of the AM7 Stable Bantayan Island knocked out Anthony Galigao (5-10, 2 KO's) of Batuan, Bohol. It was Galigao's first combat since his win in Maasin last August 2016, but this time it was no success as Jordan destroyed him in round 2.

The scheduled minimumweight rumble of debutant April Jay Abne of the Peping Co Boxing Stable versus Roman Getalada of Compostela, Cebu, was cancelled, because the rookie Abne was injured before the clash, according to matchmaker Christopher "Pingping" Tepora.

The "Kakbakan Sa Sabang" card was the kick off production of new Cebu boxing outfit Big Yellow Boxing Promotions of 37-year-old man of boxing Seth Tio. The card was done in association with matchmaker head coach Christopher "Pingping" Tepora.
